Meeting called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Alternate Mayor Abercrombie.
Present: Abercrombie, Shervheim, Pott & Brookman.
Absent: Eder
Also present: PZC member Lyons
Motion by C. Brockman 2nd by C.Pott to certify the results of the
election as submitted by the election judges which are as follows -

Motion by C. Shervheim 2nd by C. Pott to adjourn.at 6:25 P.M.
Carried 4-0.
