Present: I'layor Eder. Councilmen Abercrombie, Shervheim and ''ott and
Councilwoman Lyons.
Also present: Bldg. Insn. *Mueller, Counsel Raleigh, Fnaireer N?oyes

nichard Brandt: Request for permission to move in a mobile home
for a maximum of 2 months on his lot at 9033 Jamaca
Court N. for the purpose of repair. All the immediate
neighbors have been contacted and signed separate
statements shoving approval.
Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by Councilman Abercrombie
to approve application to move in a mobile trailer
at 9033 Jamaca Court N. for the nur_pose of repair.
Repair to be completed and unit moved prior to
January 1, 1977.

Whittier: "Minutes of October 19, 1976 council meetina,
indicated that STTP was annroved for the installation
of a garage at 8488 Hudson Blvd. After consultation
with the 1 tuild _nr, inspector Mr. Whittier chanced his
plans and decided to locate the aaraae north of his
motel on his own property. This change eliminated
the need for the PUP. Buildina permit issued.

check to see if her family or neighbors has any

City of Mahtomedi.—Administrator: Letter from r^arilvn Iring,Mahtomecli
Councilmember,respondinq to our letter indicating
an interest in a joint administrator. Clerk instructed
to acknowledae letter and indicate that our interest
does not include a multitude of communities. Lake
Flmo interest is limited to a joint venture.
Dutch Flm-Oak Wilt: RecTuests are still coming in for snot to disnose
of diseased trees. Discussed different options.

Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd her Councilman t'hervheim to
approve subdivision subject to recommendation of P7C as
stated in the minutes of their meetin" of nctoher 2.5, 1976.
Also that the races draw a restrictive covenant on the out -
lot which satisfies the Sovereigns, the Larsons and the
City of Lake Flno. traces would have to enter into a
development agreement for completion of road and. nost the

Census: Clerk advised that current voter .registration is
3320 if all individuals are still in city. section
36 had a census of onl.v 1074 in 11)75. Currently_
Cimarron alone has 1167. This brings us closer to
the 5000 figure.
