CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 8011 <br />An Ordinance adopting the 1987 Minnesota State Building Code; <br />providing for its administration and enforcement, regulating the <br />erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, <br />removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, <br />area and maintenance of all buildings and/or structures in the City of <br />Lake Elmo; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of <br />fees thereof; providing penalties for the violation thereof; amending <br />Ordinance 7925 and 7946 of the City of Lake Elmo and all other <br />ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith. <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo does ordain as follows: <br />Section I AMENDMENT Section 501 thru 50.2 of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended and shall read as follows: <br />
