SEPTEMBER 8, 1992
Mayor Johnson called the council budget workshop to order at
7:00 p.m. in the council chambers.
The City council discussed the proposed 1993 budget.
The following sums of money are propsoed to be levied for
the current year, collectible in 1993 upon the taxable
property in the City of Lake Elmo for the following
purposes.
General Fund $941,974
Landfill Referendum 50,000
Equipment Certificate 100,228
Total Levy $1,092,202
THe Public Hearing for the Proposed Property Taxes for 1993
will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. at a
regular council meeting.
M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to adopt Resolution No. 92-20, A
Resolution Approving the Proposed 1992 Tax Levy Collectible
in 1993, and setting a date for a public hearing for the
proposed budget. (Motion carried 5-0).
