The meeting was called to order at 8:20 p.m. and the first order of business
was the appearance of Mr. Bersheens and Harold Katzenmai.er. These two gentle-
men requested that an apa be rezoned commercial in the vicinity of Lake Jane.
Petitions were presented and they were told that a hearing would be set up
for the rezoning. They also asked for building permits on Bersheens Shores
and they were told that a permit would be issued forlots 7 and 8 to put one
dwelling on and that further permits would be issued for all lots with an aver-
age width of 125 feet.
William Lundquist was then elected as secretary, and took over these duties.
Ed Whitman reported that the Town Board had passed an ordinance on road servi-
ces and also on house size of 1,150 square feet of liveable floor space. It
was also agreed that the regular meeting night shall be on the first Wednesday
of each month and that the meeting will be held regardless of whether there is
a quorum or not; also that John Kleis would act as Vice Chairman in the event
that the Chairman could not.be present .at the regular meeting.
A new application blank was drawn up and it will be reviewed at the next meet-
ing.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
