Dear Mr. Loeks:
I have been talking with Mr. .Rocks about some of the problems of
our East Oakdale Township Planning Committee. Our group meets
on the first Wednesday of each month and will meet again at 8:00 PM
on January 4th at the Town Hall which is on Main Street in Lake Elmo
about hall way between Highway 212 and the railroad tracks, a distance
of about 2-3 blocks. As discussed with Mr. Rocks, we would like to
have a member of your group attend this January meeting to discuss
our problems and bring you up to date on our zoning ordinances, etc.
If January 4th is not a satisfactory date we would like to try for our
February meeting, in which case please advise me.
Enclosed is my copy of our ordinances, which I would like to have
returned. I will try to get you permanent copies for your reference,
In addition to the printed ordinances we now have a minimum house
size of 1150 livable square feet.
