Dear Mr. McDaniel:
On December 14 you wrote Mr. Sovereign regarding a switching
station on the farm of Laurence Kleis. It is our opinion that
when you get ready to do this no rezoning will be required.Rather
we believe the town board will then issue you a special perrriit for
this switching station on the basis that it is a public necessity.
