The minutes of the July meeting were approved as written.
Regarding the Murray-Blomquist house, we were advised by Rod Lawson
that if the new part of the house conforms to our building code, we have
to issue a building permit, so Martin has one ready.
In regard to the trailor court Merlin read from the 1961 state statute 327-16
subd 5 ppB which points out that state sanitary regulations apply only to
sanitary aspects and do not limit the right of townships to regulate. The
trailor court is in violation of East Oakdale Ordinance 2 in several aspects,
such as,
non-standard buildings not original plat - Sect. 7J
roads not black topped - Sect. 7F
too little space per trailer - Sect. 7B
too many trailers
Paul Pierson's plot for Beau Haven lots was reviewed and sent to the town
board with the following stipulations:
probably will require a 60 ft, set back frorn the property line
will probably need an extra 33 feet on the east side for access
to the back
lots which are in creek probably can not be used for housing.
