Prior to the requ1-r meeting there wnt a hearing rewarding rer.oning
the Binge uorses for beer and food. David Parker, with Hero Real
Estate, argued for the owner. About 17 of those present were opposed
to permitting 1.2 beer to he Bold, and no one stood up to favor the
sale of 3.2 beer. Mr. Sovereign nrrrmo!ed, ncl this Commission seemed
to favor,having the prospective buyer Appear And request reenning.
Following the he,iring,the T{nutes of the previous meeting were approved
as written.
Tom Sknlbeck and Don Krause were present. Tom 9kalbeck is buying
approximately 3 acres of land from Don Krause on the north shore of
Lake Jane. The land would have two access roads, one to the Hidden
Bay road (2 rods wide) , and the other across Laurence Kleis' land
(60' wide). Krause can rive a 64' easement across hie own land.
It was recommended that they try to procure a 66' easement fro,
L. 'leis. If this can not be done they should reappear and plead
ha rdehip.
It wee recommended that the town hoard appoint a citizen's committee
to study the possibility of incorporating East Oakdale township.
