The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written.
The Kings Horses petition was discussed. It was moved by Kleis and
seconded by Eberhard that we deny the present request, but will reconsider
a petition to rezone when the prospective operator is known. Carried.
It was decided that we should make a list of existing businesses in our
township. Assignments are as follows:
Eberhard Sections 20, 21, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33
Eder 25, 26, 34, 35, 36
Kleis 2, 3, 10, 11, 14, 15
Lundquist 1, 12, 13, 22, Z3, 24
Sovereign 4, 5, 8, 9, 16, 17
In regard to the trailer court, it was decided that Whitman write the state
regarding the adequacy of the sewage system.
Davis has done nothing yet. It was recommended that we file a complaint
and give it to the constable
