February 7. 1962 and February 14, 1962
On February 7, Ed Whitman, Martin Eberhard and Bill Lundquist met
with Gary Pettee. Mr. Pettee desires to build a brick factory, also to
be used as a sales location, probably on two acres next to Lampert'',
These brick are approved for building purposes by FHA, Minneapolis
and St. Paul. Mr. Pettee has an option on the franchise for three
counties.
We discouraged him on the basis that he would probably not have access
to Interstate Highway 94.
On February 14, the meeting was held with Kleist Eder, Eberhard,
Lundquist, Whitman, Schiltgen, Day, Park, Hubenette, Rambo, and
Pederson present.
The minutes of the January meeting were approved as written.
Mr. Whitrnan reported that Mr. Pettee has decided not to ask to rezone
the two acres on Highway 12.
Mr. Whitman had sent his letter to the state regarding sewage problems
in the trailer court.
