Gentlemen:
As development occurs in the Township it will become
more necessary to coordinate each plat, street grade and
sanitary improvement to the best interest of the Township.
A11 plats and improvements should come through the
Town Board. In the event a review of a facility is required
by the Town Engineer which is provided in the sub -division
regulations as well as the coordination of the sanitary pro-
grams, deposits to cover the expense of our services should
come from the owner.
There are more and more needs for these reviews pend-
ing particularly as the Town starts to grow. We sincerely
hope that our services will be utilized.
