Minutes - June 3, 1964
8:30 P.M. Town Hall
Members Present: Frank Franta, John Kleis, John Leslie, Russell
Morgan and Edward Schiltgen.
Frank Franta, as temporary chairman opened the meeting at 8:30 P.M,
Mr, Henry Olson, of Olson Bros. Lakeshore Lots, was introduced and
presented proposal on two lots on Olson Lake Roadway, Consensus
that Olson can sell but builder or seller must plot before building
permit will be issued - approved.
Wm, R. Pepin application for rezoning ten acres on highway #12 next to
to Lampert Lumber Co. (west side) from agricultural to commercial
with the intention of building -body repair shop 40' x 30'. John
Leslie moved, Edward Schiltgen seconded to recommend to Town Board
to approve and have public hearing - carried,
Adjourned at 9:52 P.M,
Reconvened at 9;58 with Town Board in Fire Hall,
Discussion on Panasau case, Moved by John Leslie, seconded by
Russell Morgan to support action of Town Hoard and Building Inspector -
carried.
Next meeting - July 1, 1964, at Town Hall.
