MAYER PROPERTY - Motion made by John Leslie to grant a permit
for the erection of a building that exceeds
Ordinance #29 on a lot of one acre or more
that is to replace existing building -or -
buildings. Motion seconded and carried.
ON - Klohn responsible to get some prices regarding
blacktopping roads.
PROPERTY - Motion by Leslie that we recommend to Town
Board not to approve the permit.. for Lee
Property unless it complies with building
code. Motion mass seconded and carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10000 P.M.
