Minutes - April 21, 1965
8:00 P.M. TOWN HALL
Members presents E. Milton Klohn, John Kteis, Frank Franta, Russell
Morgan, Ed Schiltgen, William Lundquist, Martin Eberhard, John Leslie.
Kirt Talcolt appeared before the Commission to present request for
deviation from frontage requirement on lot on Lake Shore Drive, Leslie
moved, Morgan seconded, that is 125' frontage is set for site and
dump is properly closed, filled and brought to grade that it be ap-
proved for building permit. Motion carried.
Franta moved, Leslie seconded, that we recommend to Town Board that
other dumps in area be properly closed and filled at same time as
above. Motion carried.
Mr. Sloan appeared before Commission for building permit on lot dis-
cussed at April 7, meeting. Commission approved.
Discussion on Roy Anderson property on Lake Elmo for double
Commission recommends that plans must comply with ordinance
to living space.
Dr. Lundquist presented maps on land use for East Oakdale.
discussion meting was adjourned.
Next Meeting, May 5, 1965 at 8:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.
