Minutes - April 7a 1965
8:00 p.m. Town Hall
Members present: E. Milton Klohn, John Kleis, Frank Franta,
We John Beske, John H. Leslie, Martin Eberhard and William
Lundquist.
Discussion was held concerning Friedrich Heights Plat. Leslie
moved preliminary plan as revised be approved. Frank Franta
seconded the motion. Motion was carried.
Discussion was held on highway access to St. Marie Pet Food
Warehouse (Bloomquist Property) east of the Lampert Lumber Co..
on highway 12. Raymond Eder will turn over site plan to Otto
Bonestroo for decision from the State Highway Department.
Mr. Stan Sloan wishes to purchase land from Bob Schiltgen (148
x 250, Kessen Lane) and obtain permit for construction of two
3 bedroom homes using common wall. It was requested that he
get information on road easement and report back on April 21.
Continued discussion on questions to submit to people in regard
to policies and goals. What type of development? Dr. Lundquist
will bring map to next meeting showing proposed zoning areas for
East Oakdale.
Next meeting will be held Wednesday, April 21, 1965 at 8:00 p.m.
