NASS MOTEL PROPERTY ON HIGHWAY 12 - Recommendation that this
property be zoned commercial if not already, Motion
seconded and passed,
BERGMANN ADDITION - Elk, 1 Lot 21 - Kenneth Klem
Recommendation that hardship case be establishedy
reasons being he has enough. square feet (100 ft,a 200 feet)
and next lot is not for sale, Recommend that Special Use
Permit be granted to allow a building permit to be issued
providing that the original purchase of the property was
before passage of Ordinance #70 evidence of this to be
furnished to Mr, Eberhard, Motion seconded and passed¢.

Motion that this valuable commercial property
be used for a more tax producing business,
We believe that the intersections of certain highways have
great potential for commercial And industrial development
and any use of land on such property be carefully considered
before any permission is granted to start any specific
business,
