Minutes - July 7, 1965 8:00 P.M* Town Hall
Members Present: Eberhard, Franta, Leslie, Kleis, Sohiltgen
Maynard Eder was present at this meeting and reported on the
Forsblad ease . Mr® Fornb&ad is to complete his house by
July 30 or vacate*
Mr* Eder suggested to the commission that whenever a complaint
is to be filed, one should get all the information possible
and to make notes of dates and important data. Even pictures
could be taken if possible*
Eagan Farm (SW i Sec*27) - Moved that Mr* Eberhard issue a
building permit if sight is satisfactory in his judgment*
Recommendation that we ask the Washington County Planning
Commission to consider a water shed district area, primarily
south of 36,
