Minutes: August 18, 1965
Present: Franta, Morgan, Leslie, Beske, Lundquist, Klohn, Kleis
ED SLI.NDE PROPERTY ...LAKE JANE ROAD
Inquired as to what is necessary to obtain a building permit and
it was the opinion of the Planning Commission that, the lot in
question should be platted by Mr, Bersohens° We would like to know
how the adjoining property is to be developed and inasmuch go it
is partly surveyed, it will not be too much of an expense,
NABS MOTEL ., HUDSON ROAD
It is the opinion of the Planning Commission that this property
addition would be an addition to the motel and not a residence
and so would not be required to comply with the residence
requirement,
DRIVE-IN THEATRE 4. HUDSON ROAD
Has Mr, Wright of the drive-in theatre changed his plan with
regard to driveways and has the Town Board been advised of
these cbangeS and approved them?
Motion made to recommend that we transfer property west of
Highway 694 to the respective townships of Oakdale and Northdale
and in return the property east of. 694, presently belonging to
Oakdale, become part of East 0akda.le, Motion seconded and passed,
Motion that we make recommendation that Lake Elmo and East Oakdale
merge° Motion seconded and passed,
