is very important and all members are requested to be
present,

Present: Franta, Morgan, Lundquist, Schiltgen, Eder, Leslie
DRIVE»IN THEATRE - HUDSON ROAD
Maynard Eder brought the new plans for the theatre,. The highway
department requested the driveways be changed (the motel driveway
has been eliminated and he will use same driveway as theatre),
As long as the motel owner has no objection, we have none,
ED SLINDE PROPERTY e LAKE JANE ROAD (Mr. Slinde and Mr9 :Berschens appeared)
If plat is made and shown to Town Board at their Sept. 7 meeting,
and approved, the Town Board can give Mro Eberhard permission to
issue a building permit to Mra Slinde without further approval
from Planning Commission, It is the understanding of the Planning
Commission that Mr,, Eder will go with Mro Berechl}ns to Mr. Simonet,
Surveyor, on September 2 to get plat map issued,
NOBLE SCHUNEMAN PROPERTY * SW quarter of Sece8 of East Oakdale Township
Maynard Eder appeared with regard to transfer of title of this
property. Planning Commission has no objeotdten to this transfer,
It will be divided into 3 pieoes: A - to he retained by Mr.o
Schuneman; B b to be Highway 69i; C is being purchased by
Ronald Jo Blomqu.tst

Regarding this property,, it is suggested that the plat be
revised so as lots are the required 125 foot frontage, With
regard to the residence, front entrance should be splitefloor
entrance to better utilize spaces
