PROPERTY ON CORNER OF 212 AND OLSON LAKE ROAD( 2 3/4 acres):
Several members of Tanners Lake V.F0W0Post 8217 appeared
at this meeting requesting this property to be rezoned
from residential to commercial to be used as their post
home for all their activities and as a bottle club for
members*
To he consistent with our policy of no spot zoning, we
(planning commission) recommend that the Town Board
decline a request for rezoning, Recommendation seconded
and passed,

LEHMANN MUSHR00D HOUSE:
Mro Sigurd Selland, AoLinder, L*Fr.iedrich appeared and
explained future use of this property by Lehmann Mushroom
House and requested rezoning from agriculture to light
industry.
Recommendation by planning commission that this rezoning
request be approved. Recommendation seconded and passed*
