Recommendation for special permit allowing a three -car garage
with. start of house being within ono year after start of
garage, Restriction to be that garage cannot be used as
residence now or in the future or sold for residence,
Mr* Maynard Eder sent a notification to Planning Commission
that a hearing will be bold on October 11 at 7:30 PQM° on
the Lehman Mushroom Company and at 8:00 P.M0 on the former
Kings Horses building for the VFW*
