Minutes of meeting of Wednesday, October 13, 1965
Members present: Klohn, Eberhard, Kleis, Franta, Schiltgen, Leslie,
Lundquist, Beske
Franta moved that Planning Board recommend to Town Board condemnation
of Sorenson property on Shore Drive Lot 377-380 and 333-336 (80° x 200')
based on S.F. 642 "Dilapidated Bldg. Act". Seconded by Kleis.
Motion carried.
Discussion on Berschen's property (part of Gov't. Lot # 4) in regard
to proposed plot for Berschens' Grove, Sec. 10 T 29N R 21W. Feeling
of Planning Board that jagged lot boundries is not conducive to good
future plot development. Moved by Leslie, seconded by Beske that
Planning Board recommend that Berschen°s be requested to appear before
Planning Board to clarify plans for plot. Motion carried.
General discussion on long range planning for commercial strip.
Moved to adjourn at 10:05 P.M.
