Minutes of meeting of Wednesday, January 17, 1966.
Members presents Klohn, Franta, Eberhard, Lundquist, Leslie,
Beske, & Kiel:.
Donald P. Balsimo, 1105 Eagle Point Rd.
5 Acres land - petitioned for permission for kennel to raise min-
iture Schnauzers - 10 to 15 dogs. Moved by Franta, seconded by
Leslie to recommend to Town Board that special use permit be granted
if kennel is limited to approximately 15 dogs.
Lundquist presented suggested forms for Township Planning Board use.
Lundquist presented State of Minnesota Municipal Planning Act.
Discussion of proposed lot size.
Board will start with adoption of Subdivision Ordinance. Discussion
on controversial points (Minutes of January 6, 1965)

Sec. 5 Contour intervals on Topographical maps.
Moved that meeting be adjourned at 10 P.M..
Next greeting will be February 9, 1966 at 8 P.M. at Town Mall. Carl
Dale will attend this meeting.
