Minutes of meeting of Wednesday, February 9, 1966. Joint meeting with
Town 3oard .
Planning Board Members presents Franta, Morgan, Leslie, Lundquist,
Eberhard
Presentation by Lundquists
Subdivision Regulation will be adopted by County then Township
may adopt by resolution.
Carl Dale discussed lot size (24,000 sq.ft. - 1 Acre) 2 choices
where no sewer.
1. Developer should submit plot for present condition and also
when sewer is available.
2. 1 acre lots ( can be expensive),
3. No building until sewer or water available.
4. Township put in sewer Fr water.
5. Put in all lines and cap until trunk sewer is in.
Discussion on proposed zoning areas.
The next meeting of the East Oakdale Planning Board will be held at 8 P.M.
Wednesday, March 9, 1966 in the Town Hall. Please make every effort to
be at the meeting. If you are unable to attend contact the Chairman
Milt Klohn.
