Minutes of meeting held on March 30, 1966.
Members Present: Klohn, Lundquist, Eberhard, Leslie, Schiltgen
Mr. Dale, Murphy, Weber appeared to present proposal of new Hwy. 212
and 694 intersection commercial development zone.
Mr. & Mrs. Rydin appeared to present request for car junk yard on
Frederich Road. Request denied.
Discussion on sewage at Whispering Oaks Trailer Park. Planning Board
recommends that Town Board take necessary steps to set time limit and
bond posting to insure all procedures be taken to bring court up to
recommended standards or that court condemnation be enforced.
Planning Board suggest that Town Board check legality of the operation
of said trailer court, zoning, change of ownership, expansion, etc.
Motion carried.
Next meeting will be held on April 20, 1966, at 8:00 P.M., in the Town
Hall.
