Members presents Kleis, Fronts, Leslie, Schiltgen, Lundquist
E. Zeland - permission to build home on 10 acre site (SW from center
of Section 12 down to Section 13)
Recommend permit if located properly on plot.
Discussion on topo., for minor subdivision, if not unusual may wave 20
topo. survey
Moved by Leslie, seconded by Kleis to recommend to Town Board that
County Subdivision Regulations be adopted by resolution. '
Motion carried.
Lund uist moved the approval of T.Ooard for a sub. committee of Planning
Boar be established to meet with authorized representatives of Lake
Elmo to study consolidation of East Oakdale and Lake Elmo. Seconded by
Schiltgen` Motion carried.
Check on terms of Planning Board members for purpose of electing officers.
Next meeting will be held on March 30, 1966.
