Meeting of June 1, 1966
Present: Milt Klohn, Russ Morgan, John Beske, Bill Lundquist
There was a motion by► Russ Morgan, seconded by J. Beske that the
Town Board be requested to require that all building permits for
structures other than single family residences must be approved by
the Town Board. This is a proposal of Carl Dale to serve as an
interim measure to control Commercial Developments and the like.
The motion passed.
Regarding the Wm. Dale property, the planning commission prefers
rezoning the NE quadrant only to the present commercial clarification,
and this should be done only if the above change in building permits is
made.
It was moved by J. Beske, seconded by R. Morgan, that the Township
approve the model subdivision regulations subject to the provision
that existing plotted lots which meet present lot requirements for
single family residences will be allowed building permits in the future.
Motion carried.
Regarding the United Properties request for rezoning it was decided
that the acting secretary draft an answer to their request, in accordance
with Carl Dale's recommendations, for review by the Town Board.
