Mr. Thomson and associates of Pe :.Tom Inc. presented a lengthly
exp l a. t ion of their proposed trailer park to be located in the
southeast corner of the township.
After discussion the following motion was made:
The Planning Commission approves a first class Trailer
Park that conforms fully to the Township Ordinance on
Trailer Parks. Carred .
A request wasmade to move a building onto the 3M
recreational area. On motion the planning Commission
approved the move of this conforming building.
After lengthly discussion, the following Planning Commission
motion was made, Moved to approve this Major Road Plan as shown
on the Comprehensive Development Pain, with corrections as discussed
regarding highiay 212 intersection at east, correction of location
of 494-94 interchange, and deletion of road along East side of
Lake Jana leading to the North. Motion carried,
After discussion of the zoning map, the Planning Commission acted
As follows.
Motion: Eliminate SFE designation along North edge of
Township, and change to A designation. gulE111
Motion: All of the area North of Highway 12 be zoned
SFU except those areas already zoned for
other purposes, Carried
Motion: Accept Comprehensive Development Plan, cCacripd
as changed.
In discussing soil samples as related to proposed building
on lots of. Less than one acre, it was decided that all such
samples be referred to Otto Bonestroo for evaluation.
M,r. Carl Olinger, has been asked to appear before the Planning
Commission to explain h#s plans for the future of the gravel
pits.. 5-3.67
