en_1 is located at 1446 and 1 436 Lake, Elmo Road, j.:aae t Oakdale, on the ELL:;t
side of Lake Elmo. The le al do scrintion of the property, an area of el:eehtly
more than three acres, follows:
11 he South 274.16 feet of Oovernmont Lot 2, and the North 25.84 feet
of Government Lot 3, lying west of a line drawn parallel to and 1513.7 feet

Tp. 29, Ran 21.11
It is my intention to develop° this property in three phases, as
follows:
(1) The parcel is suited to two (2) horse sites of 1501 (front__;;o
on Lake Elmo Road and the lakeshore). by 4601 (approx.). It is my into: tien
to build one (1) double house, in a general line t:ith adjoining homes (aeerox.
1101 from Lake Elmo Road) on the southern site, first. This double house
will become my residence, and that of noribors of my family. It will be in
the S25,000.00 class, and of such design and configuration that it will be
compatible with other dwellings in the area, and the lakeshoro landscape.
(2) Later, upon completion of the initial dwelling, I will build
on the Northern building site. The second duel, ink will be similar in claye-
and design, and may be a single. or ,double family d:Telline. In either case,
both dwelling may, in the future, be considered as rental units.
(3). My immediate plans for the property -envision installation o,.'
utility services, septic tank. and two dry ;Tells on the Southern building c_te.
A well already exists on the property, andea snail tool shed is located on the
Northern half. Until the first dwelling is constructed and suitable for l iv±r,2,
and during summer months, I may utilize a mobile hone on the property iior er
that I can live there, work and supervise construction, etc. The mobile hor c -
wi?l later be roved to tho lakeshore and transforred into an attractive
cabana and beach house, and ,linter warming house. Special attention will o
;given throughout all phases, to preserve the excellent natural vegetation,
orchards, etc. with which the property has been endowed.
