Meeting March 20, 1968
Present: Eberhardt, Franta, Kleis, Klohn, Leslie, Lundquist, Schiltgen
The G. Mausolf property (east of Guardian Angels Church) on Highway 12
has been purchased by Bernard G. Klaas. He is thinking of having his
family sell dry goods in the store and was inquiring about having it rezoned
commercial. (A residential business special use permit might cover this?)
Mr. Klaas will talk to his neighbors along 12 regarding his intentions.
Ralph Oace inquired regarding division of his lot #22. Compliance with
our ordinances may be a matter of interpretation. Martin E. will check
with the town board.
All planning commission members are to take a look at Mrs.Dearborn's
corner lot on Highways 36 and County 17 before the next meeting.
