Meeting February 5, 1969

As the first order of business, Jack Evert volunteered and was accepted as
Cormnission Secretary' for the coming year.
The state of Commission records was first discussed with an eye to bringing
them up to date in a central Lilo. It was decided than each member should
check his files in order to get a complete set of past minutes and .records.
This set will then. be compiled by the Secretary in a notebook and maintained
as the complete history of the Commissionls actions. It was also decided. to
ask the 'Town 13oavd for a petty cash fund from which to purchase this notebook
and one for each Commission and Town Board member, should they DO desire.
These notebooks would. all be for personal files of Commission minutes. Comment
was made of the fact that the Commission has no by-laws from which to order its
operation. This will be looked into by W. Lundquist by checking with Carl
Dale on availability of such guidelines.
Mr. Norvin Swager, representing Swager Bros. Construction, submitted a plat
plan for a two acre lot on Co. 17, Just south of Highway 36. Also submitted
was a certificate of survey and bonding agreement. The Commission approvepl
a motion concerning this plat plan.
F. Franta announced that he is on the Watershed District and offered to be our 0.•
representative at these meetings as well.
For the record, a current membership list of the planning Commission is included.
