Visitors. Earl Krech, Ronald Peschel, Tom Schwartz, Alfred Stiles
Earl Krech, representing himself, clarified several zoning regulations concern-
ing a subdivision he wishes to develop on the southeast corner of Eagle Point Lake.
Among opinions given was that a cash donation to the town park fund would be
acceptable in lieu of setting aside a parcel of land for recreation in the
development.
Ronald a eschel, representing himself; requested information as to how an auto
reduction yard would fit existing zoning laws at the northeast corner of Lake
Fl mo Road and U.S. #12. It is currently zoned Highway Business which makes no
provision under. any circumstances for such usage. Trie Commission offered to
cheek this usage with Carl Dale, our planning consultant, and report conclusions
to .r. Peschel in one week.
Thomas Schwartz, representing himself, requested information concerning his
proposed house to be built near Goose Lake. A number of zoning and related
questions were discussed.,
Alfred K. Stiles requested a special use permit to engage in pre -fabrication of
roof trusses. The structure to be used currently exists on the C.J. Pierre fax
at 2175 Hudson Road. A motion was passed recommending issuance of this permit
specifically subject to the following conditions:
1. premises to be kept in a neat, orderly manner,
2. and smoke of burning scrap should not be objectionable to neighbors.
