William Lundquist reported that he tiad taken the matter of the
parcel subdivision (File 1-0001) up with the Village Attorney,
who nftrr research found that a parcel subdivision was recorded
prior to they effective date of the 2% acre requirement. 7'hr matter
therefore was not an example of a good test case to further. pursue.
