Meeting called at 7:30 P. M. the following planning commission
members were present: Tom Torseth, D. Boorman' J. Evert, B. Folz,
W. Lundquist, L. Kirvida, M. Eder.

Mr. and Mrs. David man request:Beauty Shop in half of( garage
10' x 24'. Meets State requirements --recommend same limitations as
those cited for Carlson's last September. No hired help --parking
space for only 3 cars in excess of family requirements.
Motion made to recommend to Village Council Permit issuance
with the following conditions defined above:

J. Evert moved we approve Special Use Permit subject to the
following: 3M to propose rules, hours, restrictions.
