Meeting held on Tuesday, November 10, 1970.
Meeting opened at 7d 5 p.m., by acting Chairman Brace Folz.
Members present: Folz, Torseth, Tomljanovich, Kirvida, Boorman. Evert arrived
at 9:15 n.m.
absent: Eder and Lundquist
Motion by Tom Torseth, second by E. Tomljanovich, to approve minutes from Oct. 26th.

Preview of preliminary plans for 14 town house type units, 2 or 3 bedrooms each,
in 4 buildings on 6 acre parcel of land, north of eleventh street.
Proposed square footage of town house urLt--upper level F90 square feet, lower
level, 480 square feet for a total of 1370 square feet rer enit on all urits.
Questions needing_ researcn:
1. Minimum lot sin with Vil ]are water? (does ore acre minimum .ann1 v? )
2. Sewage system capability?
3. Road width and set back off llth. street?

5. Desired density of town houses and other multiple dwellings in
the Village?
6. 2'conies of plans to be left at V'llape Office.

Cimarron referred her to Village Planning Commission.
Recommend:
Don Raleigh phone Manager of Cimarron and advise that Planning Commission
does not feel permit is required.
