be approved as written.

Architects Olson and Lambert of Design Integral, St. earl., rerreseeting Yr. 8 Yrs. Conrad Adams.
Mr. Adams present also. (reference Sent. 8, 1970 Minutes),
A presentation of a "sketch plan" by architects of a pr.opose'1estaurant (Family and
carry -out service) and longer range Shopping '1a71 for the former Schiltgen property,
just west of the Village business area. East bouneary, the ends of 3rd, lath, and 5th
street and the West boundary being a straight line Snuth of the intersection of County
road 17 and 212. The proposed shopping mall would extend West from the present 4th.,
street.
Recommendations of the Planning Commission:
1. Property owners present their proposed "sketch plan", to the school
board asking for an opinion on the proposed location of a rest.eirart
directly across highway 212 from the Elementary ^chool.
2. 0ther problems which require professional opinion on solutions before
additional consideration should occur by the Planning Comri ssi on.
- --water run off drainage plan
- --sewer plan
- --road plan
- --statement of anticipated "phase develorrent" of the lard area with a
time reference.

Requested a building permit at December 23, 1969 Feet Oakdale Planning Commission Meeting.
Question: Is lot still adequate for building?
The Planning Commission does not feel any problem exists other tlean consideration_ of
locating sewage system and the need for percolation tests.
Lake Jane Rills.
Question: Request ar.proval of nrelininary plan for Lave Jare Hills (section 9).
Motion by M. Eder second by B. Folz that the Preliminary Plan be deried because in
the opinion of the Planning Commission, Viz:
1. We recognize the design of this preliminary plan as I'ei rig a conventional
subdivision design and it does not cc.nn1y with the nre acre minimum lot
size. -- Refer to exhibit A.
Carried -- 6 aye with E. Toml.ianovich abstaining from 'rot; ng due to .a nossi ble
conflict of interest.
Motion by T. Torseth second by E. Tomliar:o-ich to adjourn at 1r):50 p.m.
