Mr. Munson of Munson Sales Inc., appeared regardng 2 building permits in the
N of N1i of Section 26. Also nresent was vi ss Marcia Klietz--prospective owner
of ane of the lots. This is the nroperty south of llth. street and east of Lake
Elmo Road --(formerly owned by Mr. Norman Schwartz comr,rised of approximately
9 acres. He proposed a subdivision of the property- into 2 lots: one about 2-2/3
acres, and the second about 6 acres. Both lots would use a twenty -foot easement
from llth street as the only access. Mr. Munson was advised that the 20 foot
easement, if permitted, could only be used temporarily and an alternate road plan
would be required prior to issuance of a building permit. The secretary was directed
to request the Village Engineer to draw up a road plan for the entire North of the
NW4 of Section 24. Mr. Munson was also advised that the easement suggested as an
access must be recorded on the title to the oronerty hcing discussed. After
Mr. Munson left, it was also noted by the DZC that the property will also have to
be platted in order to sub -divide it. The secretary will so notify Mr. Munson.

The County Surveyor advised M. Eder that the Donald Anderson Plat is partly in
Lake Elmo and partly in Oakdale. This boundary must show on the plat, and the
Village should not approve the plat until this is accomplished.
The secretary was directed to request the following items from the Village Office:
(1). Four Quadrangle Mans which together cover the Village-- these are
presently the best source of contour information.
(2). 0ne complete set of plat mans (about )3) and one partial set (about 23).
Combined with the plat maps we presently have, these will provide a
"working set" for showing building locations, and a "reference set" to
be left in original condition.
The Planning Commission will wait until after the September 20, 1971 hearing to set
a date for the John L. Johnson hearing.
A motion for adjournment was made by D. Folz and seconded by F. .ott. Carried
unanimously at 11:10 B.M.
