the north shore of Lake Jane (Part of Gov't Lot 1, Section 10.) She presented a letter
from the Clerk of the Village of Lake Elmo (dated 1970) which stated that a building
permit would not be denied solely because of the size of the lot. The letter stated
that all provisions of the Building flode must be complied with if a permit were
issued. It was the opinion of the PZC that it would be difficult to satisfy the code
requirements for a septic system on this lot. Mrs. O'Sullivar's husband wi11 contact
