MINUTES OF THE MEETING OCTOBER 22, 197
Meeting called to order at 8:05 p.m. Members present: Chairman Wm.
Lundquist, B. Folz, C. King, D. Lyons, J. Zignego.
October 22nd minutes were amended as follows:
Page 1, paragraph 1: Add, "Councilman Bob Watson was also in
attendance."
Page 1, paragraph 5: Correct spelling of "Town".
Minutes approved as corrected.
CONTINUATION OF HEARING, NORTHBROOKE FARMS. Continuation, of September 24th
hearing. Northbrooke Farms, represented by Mr. Daubney, attorney,
presented an Environmental Impact and Pollution Control Evaluation report.
Design and layout has been changed to overcome the possibility of run-
off pollution. Copies of this report will be submitted to the Village
Engineer and Village Attorney who will substantiate that the facts
stated in the report by the architect and engineer are valid.
Mr. Daubney was referred to the Village Attorney with questions regarding
covenants on this property.
Elmer Haase, 7676 Hudson Blvd. No., Lake Elmo, appeared re a building
permit for a 40'x 24' (approx.) garage. Setbacks are very generous, so
it appears that there is no problem.
Motion by B. Folz, seconded by J. Zignego, to recommend approval of
application for building permit for a 40' x 24' (approx.) garage at
Cozy Cove Motel property. Motion passed unanimously.
