In Addition: Barbara Senness, Midwest Planning Councilwoman Dorothy Lyons Approval of Minutes: An addition to the motion in regard to the Hjelmgren garage, should read as follows: Also written approval be obtained from all property owners within 350 feet. Clarification of the Green Book, which is the Municipal. Code of Lake Elmo, as relating to the variance of Ron Weber ---Tract D, RLS No. 54. Sovereign moved to approve minutes as amended. Second by Dreher. Motion carried. Harold Iverson: 9322. Lake Jane Trail No one appeared. Donald Moris: Re: Joseph F. Moris Property. Since the public hearing notice was not published, the hearing was rescheduled until May 24, 1976 at 8:00 p.m. Bruce Folz along with Mr. Moris explained the property in question and briefly discussed the road question. D. Dworok--624 Dunmore Dr., Woodbury and Fred Primoli-•-owner. of SWW71/4 of SE1/4 of Gov. Lot 7., Section. 5. Mr. Dworok wants to purchase 7/8 of an acre from Mr. Primoli to build a home. It was recommended Mr..Dworok file an application for variance since the parcel is less than 1 acre, also any parcel less than 5 acres laying in a 5 A zone, must be platted. This would fall under sub- division minor. June 8, 1976 has heen set for a public hearing. U7 that time Barbara Senness should have more information available. Mr. & Mrs. Robert Bird---(SE1/4 ofSE1/4, Sec. 24). Mr. Bird is purchasing the above property in order to build a Dome. The PZC recommended Mr. Bird obtain a registered land survey on the parcel in question.
