MINUTES OF THE MELTING OF JUNE 1i., 1977
Meeting called to order at 7:4OPM by Chairman Grace.
Roll Call: Johnson, Sovereign, Novak, Lundquist, Grace, Michaels, Crombie (10:30),
Cunningham (9:15), L. Whittaker, Adm. Assistant, T. Loucks, Midwest Pln.
Minutes: Correction to Jim Russell request.
Paragraph two: "would like to subdivide........ 00000 into one (1)
additional lot,
Paragraph three:" proposing a long driveway along the north edge... "
Motion by Novak to approve the minute; as corrected, of May 23, 1977.
Seconded by Lundquist. Motion carried. 5-0
Systems Statement: Fran Pott and Duane Grace are responsible for amending the
Systems Statement as revised by the Council.
The PZC feels the abbreviated revision should more .fully express the
problem areas relating to sewer, and also more fully address the
area of transportation. Changes in the wording rather than deletion
of sections would identify the issues and still keep the document
concise.
Attendanoe: Should we change the by—laws as relates to attendance? This subject
will be discussed further at a later meeting.
Zoning Ordinance: Pages 1 thru 17 were reviewed with the Planner
Lake Jane Hills, 2nd Addition: Motion by Lundquist to approve as requested the
variance for a 887 ft. Cul—de—sac, as relates to Section 604.01 of
the Subdivision Regulation. Seconded by Cunningham. Motion carried 8-0
Motion by Grace to approve the Preliminary Plat of Lake Jane Hills
2nd Addition, subjeott'ora sedimentation and erosion control plan to
be submitted with the final grading plat. Seconded by Lundquist.
Motion carried. 7-0 1 abstention, Crombie.
Tablyn Park: Hearing for Tablyn Park to be held June 27, 1977 at 8 PM.
