ROLL CALL: Curran, Lundquist, Dreher, Heiden. Also, Administrator Whittaker.,
OAKDALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Betty Semotirk, Oakdale Planning Commission Chairman,
and Paul Cross, Engineer, reviewed the Oakdale plan with the com-
mission. Cross indicated no conflict with Lake Elmo's Comp Plan
and Oakdale. Proposes in their plan that may affect Lake Damo are:
40th Street improvement to a 4 lane divided highway from 120 to Ideal,
proposed commercial north of the 3M site off of 40th, and n. new col-
lector street from 10th Street, crosstrw' 15th Street and ending at
Ideal Avenue. Also new collector street proposed coming from I1Oth
Street to 40t.h Street. Bike Trails were discussed. Dreher feels
1rth Street is more desirable for trails rather" than on'l0th Street
as proposed. 10th is proposed for upgrading and will carry much
more traffic than 15th. The'City prefers loth or 15th rather than
trails on the frontage road: along I-911. Oakdale wants the trails
along loth also. Whittaker will send a response to Oakdale after
the Council has reviewed the plan.
NON -CONFORMING LOT SURVEY: Lundquist and Murphy have been identifying non -built
parcels in Lake Elmo. I'he Planning Commission requests the City
purchase a new set of 1/2 section maps and a large area map showing
parcel numbers, The cost would be 855.00. These maps would be marked
to show current owners, non-conforming,.uhbuildable and non -built on
*Amended 2/19/$0 lots. Whittaker will send this request to the Council..
* and Bob Dreher

Midland Meadows - Valley Branch. and Cimarron main concern with this

rate and volume to be the same at all times. The plat proposes pending
to accomplish this.

not being serviced by the Cimarron treatment plant. The school is
using* its own system and plans expansion of this system.
