The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains the following properties to be rezoned from RS — Rural Single Family to V-LIDR Village Low Density Residential. Section 13 Tina 029 Range 021. The east 460.50 feet of the west 1273.00 feet of the south 498.60 feet, and also the east 139.50 feet of the west 812.50 feet of the south 219.30 feet of the SW/4 of Section 1`3, Township 29, Range 21. PID## 13 029.21.43.0001. SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo also hereby ordains that the Zoning Administrator shall make the applicable changes to the official Zoning Map of the City of Lake Elmo. SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. SECTION 4. Adoption Date..
