Miscellaneous other assistance related to the audit and telephone <br />inquiries requiring a minimum amount of time are also included in the above schedule/fee quote. <br />MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />Progress payments will be made on the basis of hours of work completed during the course of the engagement in accordance with the firm's <br />dollar cost bid proposal. Interim billings will cover a period of not less than a calendar month. <br />
