OUR SERVICE TEAM (Continued) <br />Audit Manager — Ryan J. Schmidt, CPA <br />Ryan joined Schlenner Wenner & Co. in September of 2010. He is a graduate from St. Cloud State University with a <br />Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Ryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public <br />Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is licensed as a CPA in Minnesota. Ryan <br />has the required Yellowbook CPE requirements and has since he joined Schlenner Wenner & Co. Ryan spends 100% <br />of his billable time auditing - 40% of which is dedicated to school district audits, 40% is dedicated to other <br />governmental audits such as cities and special districts, and 20% is dedicated to not-for-profit and for-profit <br />organizations. Ryan has six years of experience auditing Minnesota cities. <br />Ryan has experience in the areas of auditing and accounting and has assisted on financial and single audits of cities, <br />townships, school districts, fire districts, HRAs, not-for-profit and for-profit entities of various sizes. In addition, Ryan <br />has assisted in providing attestation services for clients in accordance with the requirements of the Minnesota Housing <br />Finance Agency, US Department of Agriculture, and Rural Development. <br />In -Charge Auditor — Ashley A. Meagher, CPA <br />Ashley joined Schlenner Wenner & Co. in August of 2015. Prior to joining our firm, Ashley worked in industry for <br />over three years. She graduated from College of Saint Benedict with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a <br />minor in Business Management. Ashley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the <br />Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is licensed as a CPA in Minnesota. Ashley has the required <br />Yellowbook CPE requirements and has since she joined Schlenner Wenner & Co. Ashley spends 100% of her billable <br />time auditing - 45% of which is dedicated to school district audits, 45% is dedicated to other governmental audits such <br />as cities and special districts, and l0% is dedicated to not-for-profit organizations. <br />Ashley is experienced in the areas of auditing and accounting and performs financial and single audits of cities, <br />townships, school districts, HRAs, and not-for-profit entities of various sizes. In addition, Ashley has experience <br />providing attestation services for clients in accordance with the requirements of the Minnesota Housing Finance <br />Agency and Rural Development. <br />In -Charge Auditor — Dan P. Sullivan, CPA <br />Dan joined Schlenner Wenner & Co. in October of 2014. He is a graduate from St. Cloud State University and has <br />been performing governmental audits since 2014. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public <br />Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is licensed as a CPA in Minnesota. Dan <br />has the required Yellowbook CPE requirements since he joined Schlenner Wenner & Co. Dan spends 100% of his <br />billable time auditing - 40% of which is dedicated to school district audits, 40% is dedicated to other governmental <br />audits such as cities and special districts, and 20% is dedicated to not-for-profit organizations. <br />Dan has experience in the areas of auditing and accounting and has assisted on financial and single audits of not-for- <br />profit entities, cities, townships, school districts, and fire relief associations of various sizes. Currently, Dan is pursuing his certified fraud <br />examiners certification. <br />General Staff Information: <br />Part-time executives and staff will be utilized on your engagement on an as -needed basis. We anticipate the use oftwo <br />additional staff members on your engagement in addition to the team listed earlier in this proposal. Schlenner Wenner <br />& Co. follows strict hiring and training guidelines to ensure the staff assigned to your engagement are of the highest <br />possible quality.
