ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: April Brandt, Dan Murphy, Marilyn Smith, Susie Zahratka <br />Members Absent: Matt Eisenschenk, Monica Gallagher, Annie Downing, <br />Nate Downing, <br />Staff & Council Present: Jim Bownik, Roxanne Grove, Mary Gaasch <br />Others Present: <br />Brandt motioned to approve the agenda, second by Smith. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 13,2013 MEETINq <br />Brandt motioned to approve the minutes, second by Smith. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />MWANNOR <br />RM=64 on, R <br />Bownik introduced and welcomed Susie Zahratka and Dan Murphy back to thg <br />Committee. <br />Bownik proposed a meeting schedule for 2014 and asked for feedback on the <br />proposed dates. The Committee thought the dates were fine. The meeting <br />schedule also includes dates of city events and the newsletter schedule, as well <br />as days City Hall is closed for holidays. <br />C. City -Wide Garage Sale (Saturday, May 17) <br />Bownik updated the Committee on plans for the garage sale, which is always the <br />third Saturday in May. There are generally 20-30 residents that register their sales. <br />Registering is free and the City provides the promotion. We would like to provide <br />information to the registrants about arranging for a charity to pick up their unwanted <br />items after the sale. Bownik also reported that the Lions Club's bike drive will be a <br />week earlier this year. <br />1 <br />
