The Council directed staff to draft a <br />"license" agreement that would allow them to do that. Following is my first stab at a draft. <br />I am looking for feedback from the Council before I share it with the Moffatt's. If all are in <br />general agreement to the ten -ns, I will have the city attorney and engineer review. I assume <br />the final language will look quite a bit different but the terms would stay the same. <br />OPTIONS: <br />COUNCIL ACTION: <br />
