Included in the packet is a list of the 2004 Goals. The city did not develop goals for 2005,
thus, no list of 2005 goals.
The City made progress on several items in 2005 including;
• Finalization of all road improvement projects.
• Hiring of new City Administrator, Deputy City Clerk, and appointment of two new
council members.
• Upgrading the lighting in the restrooms at city hall.
• Completion of Larpenteur Avenue study.
Some of the items on the 2004 goal list not yet accomplished
• Park and Open space improvement and development
• Zoning Ordinance amendments
• County road turn back issue
Some of things to consider in goal setting
• Re -codification of the ordinances
• Development / redevelopment issues
• Policy Manual Review
