<br />. <br /> <br />EDA RESOLUTION NO. 94-EDA8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />NORTH METRO BUSINESS RETENTION AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSiON AND <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW; AUTHORIZING THE EDA'S PRESIDENT AND EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR TO SIGN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View has been invited by the North Metro Business Retention <br />and Development Commission to participate in its Multi-Community Business <br />Retention and Market Expansion project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this pilot project has been initiated to assist cities in identifying ways <br />to help retain, expand and promote local business community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has hired the consulting firm of Community Resource <br />Partnership, Inc. (CRP) to conduct business surveys and analysis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such an endeavor would be in the best interest of the City. <br /> <br />.
